Following the December period we can give our organs a helping hand and do some detoxing from the inside. There are some yoga poses, twists in particular (see pics), that help our digestive, circulatory and lymphatic systems to remove any excess toxins and waste.
We can also focus on our pranayama (breath work) in order to bring in new and fresh oxygen to the body and exhale out the not so fresh, to leave us feeling revitalised!
By doing these detox poses and pranayama it will help to revive our bodies, increasing energy and improve digestion (from all that rich heavy food) and help us to FEEL GOOD! Oh yeah!
