I’m so excited to invite you to a very special evening celebrating two things close to my heart:


✨ my return to teaching yoga after maternity leave (Katy will continue Zumba for now).
✨ and the wonderful Beautifully Balanced community that makes every class so special.

 

This evening is designed to bring us together — whether you’re a regular class member or you’ve been curious about trying Zumba or Yoga with Beautifully Balanced for the very first time.

Here’s what’s waiting for you:

 

🎶 30 minutes of Zumba with Sam & Katy — uplifting music, simple routines and plenty of smiles. Perfect for beginners and regulars alike!
🍰 30 minutes to enjoy cake, chat & community — meet like minded people and enjoy exclusive membership offers + prize draws.
🧘 30 minutes of calming Yoga with Sam — unwind, restore, and leave feeling relaxed, stretched and more balanced.

Worried you don't have the co-ordination and fitness for Zumba or the flexibility​ for Yoga?

 

Honestly, if you go the wrong way you can laugh it off and I suggest if you are building up your fitness that you begin stepping out the Zumba routines and make the movements smaller. You don't need to be flexible to start yoga, your flexibility will increase over time - making daily life easier!

When and where?

 

Zumba and Yoga are the perfect combo to boost your cardio fitness, get in some steps and then stretch out, wind down and really relax! However, if you don't want to stay for the whole launch party, come 7:30-8:30pm for Zumba only and 8-9pm for Yoga only.

For info, our regular weekly classes at Hilton Village Hall are Tuesdays: Zumba 7:25-8:10pm, Yoga 8:15-9pm. Thursdays: Zumba 7-7:45pm, Yoga 7:50-8:35pm.

Class Schedule

I started doing Zumba, as a fun way to exercise and get fit! I was also interested in yoga too, but was initially worried about whether I would be fit enough, and flexible enough.

After attending a taster yoga session, I found I really enjoyed it!
