Escape to the calm of the countryside for a nourishing Summer retreat designed to help you slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself.

 

Based at Dalbury Lees Village Hall, this half-day experience is your opportunity to step away from the busyness of daily life and into a grounded, supportive space just for you.

Come exactly as you are - whether you’re feeling tired, stretched thin or simply ready for a few hours to yourself and leave feeling calmer, clearer and gently recharged.

 

HERE'S A PEAK AT THE EXPERIENCE CURATED FOR YOU

  • Gentle Yoga: Sam will guide you through a grounding yet gently energising practice to open the body and ease tension. 

  • Breathwork: Simple, effective breathing techniques to steady your mind and settle your nervous system.

  • Arm & Hand Massage: A deeply calming, self-massage experience you can continue at home.

  • Reflection & Free Time: A chance to pause and check in with yourself… what do you need more (or less) of this season?

  • Embodied Movement: Free-form movement to release tension, reconnect with your body and invite a sense of ease and expression.

  • Summer Themed Yoga Nidra: A deeply restorative guided rest to help your body fully absorb the afternoon and drop into true relaxation.

  • Refreshments: Delicious baked treats and hot and cold drinks

  • A Calm, Welcoming Space: A peaceful village setting to help you switch off from the outside world and reconnect with yourself.

Investment: Book your relaxing afternoon now for the early bird price of £57 (£67 from 1st June) or pay £33.50 now and a second £33.50 in a months time via the payment plan. Please note for the payment plan you will need to purchase this in Pricing - Memberships and then press book on the schedule to secure your space. 

T&Cs: Upon booking this event you are agreeing to pay the full amount. No refunds - you can however pass on your space to a friend if needed.

Having never tried Yoga Nidra I was curious as to what it was and found it very relaxing. I surprised myself at how into it I got.
