Escape to the serene countryside for a nourishing Spring retreat designed to help you reset, re-centre and gently rise into the new season.

 

Based at The Gasworks Sudbury, this half-day experience is your opportunity to step out of the noise of daily life and into a spacious, light-filled sanctuary.

Spring is a powerful transition season... energy begins to rise, the days grow lighter and whatever we plant now… has space to grow.

But growth doesn’t mean rushing.

This afternoon is about finding balance as the year gathers momentum - balancing movement and stillness, effort and ease, stability and freedom.

Come exactly as you are - tired, stretched thin, ready for something new or simply craving a few hours to yourself  and leave feeling lighter, clearer and calmer.

 

HERE'S A PEAK AT THE EXPERIENCE CURATED FOR YOU

  • Gentle Yoga: Sam will guide you to gently awaken, open out, energise and connect your body and mind. 

  • Breathwork: Simple but powerful breathing practices to calm the mind.

  • Clothed Full Body Massage: A balancing, hands-on self massage that you can utilise at home - and if the weather is kind, we can take this outdoors.

  • Reflection & Free Time: What seeds are you planting this year? Guided journaling and quiet space just for you.

  • Embodied Movement: Free-form movement to release stored tension and invite creativity and expression.

  • Sprng Themed Yoga Nidra: A deeply restorative guided rest to integrate the afternoon and allow your body to fully absorb the benefits.

  • Refreshments: Delicious baked cakes and warming drinks.

  • Tranquil Setting: Our beautiful, light-filled yoga space with countryside views offers the perfect backdrop for renewal. If the weather allows, you’re welcome to enjoy time outside too.

Investment: Book your relaxing afternoon now for the early bird price of £57 (£67 from 15th March) or pay £33.50 now and a second £33.50 in a months time via the payment plan. Please note for the payment plan you will need to purchase this in Pricing - Memberships and then press book on the schedule to secure your space.

Spaces are limited - several places have already been taken by previous retreat guests.

Having never tried Yoga Nidra I was curious as to what it was and found it very relaxing. I surprised myself at how into it I got.
