Based at Dalbury Lees Village Hall, this half-day experience is your opportunity to step away from the busyness of daily life and into a grounded, supportive space just for you.

Gentle Yoga: Sam will guide you through a grounding yet gently energising practice to open the body and ease tension.

Reflection & Free Time: A chance to pause and check in with yourself… what do you need more (or less) of this season?

Embodied Movement: Free-form movement to release tension, reconnect with your body and invite a sense of ease and expression.

Summer Themed Yoga Nidra: A deeply restorative guided rest to help your body fully absorb the afternoon and drop into true relaxation.

Investment: Book your relaxing afternoon now for the early bird price of £57 (£67 from 1st June) or pay £33.50 now and a second £33.50 in a months time via the payment plan. Please note for the payment plan you will need to purchase this in Pricing - Memberships and then press book on the schedule to secure your space.
