Based at The Gasworks Sudbury, this half-day retreat is your chance to step out of the noise of daily life and into a sanctuary of calm.
Come exactly as you are — curious, exhausted, tender, tense — and leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to yourself.
The Release and Relax Autumn Retreat offers an afternoon of gentle, holistic practices to soothe the body, mind and spirit. Because just like the trees, you too are allowed to release and rest.

Gentle Yoga: Sam will guide you to release any tension and heaviness, open up and expand the body (and mind) and ground you into the present, creating space for relaxation.

Breathwork: Harness the power of your breath to let go and calm you from within.

Massage: Pamper yourself with a deeply relaxing guided foot massage, focusing on it's calming and grounding effects - after all our feet do so much for us everyday (also fantastic to do before bed)!

Reflection & Free Time: Autumn is a beautiful time for quiet reflection, allowing you to connect with your inner self and gain fresh perspective for the season ahead.

Mindful Movement: This free-form movement is a powerful practice to help release deeply stored tension and celebrate movement, helping you feel more in-tune with yourself and your own needs.

Yoga Nidra: Lay down, get cosy and deeply rest - oh yes!

Refreshments: Delicious baked cakes and warming drinks.

Tranquil Setting: With many windows inside our yoga space, enjoy the serene countryside environment of our retreat location, providing the perfect backdrop for your relaxation journey. And if the weather is kind maybe we can get outside!
