This challenge is here to show you that yoga can be for complete beginners. With clear, simple guidance and a friendly, supportive atmosphere, you’ll discover that yoga isn’t about twisting yourself into a pretzel. It’s about finding ease in your body, calming your mind, and giving yourself a little time to breathe.
What’s included in the 7-day challenge?

Day 1 — Welcome
Start by overcoming the 3 biggest fears about trying yoga (flexibility, not knowing the moves, doing it “wrong”). I’ll guide you through what to expect so you feel confident from the start.

Day 2 — Child’s Pose
Learn this gentle, restorative pose to ease your back, calm your mind, and release tension.
​
Day 3 — Downward Facing Dog
Discover how to safely explore this classic yoga posture — great for lengthening the spine and building strength.
Day 4 — Warrior 1
Step into your power with a grounding, energising standing pose that supports balance and focus.
Day 5 — Seated Side Stretch
Relieve tightness in your back and sides while opening up your breath and creating more space in your body.
Day 6 — Reclined Butterfly
A deeply relaxing posture to ease the hips, calm the nervous system, and invite stillness.

✨Each daily video is under 5 minutes — short enough to fit into even the busiest day, but powerful enough to help you feel the benefits.
Day 7 — Putting it All Together
Enjoy a short, guided yoga practice that combines all the poses you’ve learned into a simple, nourishing flow.
