Online workshop via Zoom from the comfort of your own home.


Join Sam for this 75 minute evening self care session. Enjoy some time just for you; to relax and to simply be guided, not having to think about any to do lists or anyone else for a new minutes. 


Can't make the time? A recording of the Yoga Nidra audio will be sent to everyone who books this workshop and will be available to use for 2 weeks.

How is this online workshop going to help you?

  • By gentle stretching out with some simple yoga, we begin to ease tension in the body and mind
  • Connect to your senses of smell and touch, treating your hands to some pampering with a beautiful guided hand massage (bring your favourite body lotion/ hand cream/ oil)
  • Settle into a comfy position with blankets and cushions and start to move through a specially crafted Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice to support you to have a sound nights sleep. With nothing to do but listen, lose sense of time as you enter a deep state of relaxation. 
  • Once finished, head to bed or grab a herbal tea to finish your evening and go to sleep from this restful state, helping you to wake up refreshed.

(This will be a different Yoga Nidra to the Sleep Well Workshop in June)
