Beautifully Balanced offers up to 10 weekly local classes, with 4 class choices. Combined these classes are designed to bring balance to your body and mind.

Attend with an open mind and focus on how you feel during and after each class - notice the difference.  

Classes are held in local community venues in Mickleover, Hilton, Egginton and Allestree, close to main road links including the A38 and A50.

 

1. BB Combo - attend Zumba, followed by Wind Down Yoga or Zumba Flow for a beautiful combination. Enjoy the benefits of both - in one place, at one time! 

2. Yoga Flow is a 60 or 45 minute body and mind practice. This steady vinyasa style class incorporates breath-work, postures (asanas) and relaxation. Each class is designed to build heat, strength and improve balance, whilst leaving you feeling calm and serene. Different options will be provided to cater for a mix of abilities, including beginners.

3. Wind Down Yoga is a 45 minute gentle body and mind practice. This gentle class incorporates breath-work, postures (asanas) and relaxation. Each class is designed to stretch out the body and quieten the mind, helping you to release any tension and wind down for the evening. Different options will be provided to cater for a mix of abilities, including beginners. 

4. Zumba is a fun filled 45 minute, dance based cardio workout, to amazing latin and international tunes. Each playlist is carefully composed to offer variety and the chance to express yourself in different ways. It will get your heart pumping and your feet moving (even if you think you have two left feet)!  

Look out for special workshops, such as; Chakra Yoga & Partner Yoga.

Following your first FREE class bookings are taken on a month-by-month basis

*Select and pay for your chosen classes at class during the last week of the month

*Pay at class (cash or card) or via bank transfer before 1st of the new month

*If you know you cannot make a class in advance e.g. you have a holiday booked,

then you will not need to pay for that class

*50p discount per class when 7 or more classes are booked in the month
