What To Expect
Each meet-up is a relaxed, informal evening with a little bit of guidance and plenty of time to connect.
I'll start with a short talk around a menopause topic, sharing a practical tip you can take away and use at home.
Then there'll be time to chat, listen, ask questions and share experiences with other women who understand what this stage of life can bring. You can join in as much or as little as you like, there's no pressure to share.
Tea and biscuits are included, and as we're meeting at the pub, you're very welcome to order some dinner if that makes the evening easier to fit into your day.
