Gold Package: Live Yoga & Zumba PLUS Pre-Recorded On-Demand Yoga

Enjoy the benefits of the Bronze & Silver Package combined. Whether there is a scheduled Zoom Yoga or Zumba class you want to attend (weeks 3 & 4 in Aug) or you want to practice Yoga & Zumba on a day or time of your choice, this package offers ultimate flexibility!


Here’s the details of the Bronze & Silver Packages that you will receive! 


A. Silver Package: Unlimited Live Yoga & Zumba

Due to summer hols for the first 2 weeks of August you will receieve weekly recorded videos for; 45 mins Yoga Flow, 60 mins Yoga Flow, 45 mins Wind Down Yoga PLUS 45 mins Zumba. 


The remaining 2 weeks in August you can choose from any of the 15 Live Zoom classes available starting Saturday 15th August.



B. Bronze Package: Pre-Recorded On-Demand Yoga

This package is great if you want to practice Yoga in your own time, any day and time of the week. With 2 full yoga sequences per week and mini classes for when you’re short on time and need a pause, this package will help you to have a consistent at home practice based around your schedule.


How does the Bronze classes work?


A 45 mins Yoga Flow Class

A 45 mins Wind Down Yoga Class


2 x 15/20 mins Mini Yoga Practice for when you’re short on time

1 x 5 mins meditation class - perfect to create some pauses in your day

1 x Breath Practice, to bring you balance anytime you need it
