Class description: Wind Down Yoga is a 45 minute gentle body and mind practice. This gentle class incorporates breath-work, postures (asanas) and relaxation. Each class is designed to stretch out the body and quieten the mind, helping you to release any tension and wind down for the evening. Different options will be provided to cater for a mix of abilities, including beginners.

Thursday Wind Down Yoga 7:50-8:35pm ONLINE

  • ou are participating in these classes at your own risk, please listen to your own body. Should you experience any pain please come out of the pose or stop the class. Should you have any concerns please inform Sam and get medical consent where required. If you are pregnant, please contact Sam to discuss.
