Class description: This steady vinyasa style class incorporates breath-work, postures (asanas) and relaxation. Each class is designed to build  strength and improve balance, whilst leaving you feeling calm and serene. Different options will be provided to cater for a mix of abilities, including beginners. ​

Wednesday Yoga Flow 7-8pm ONLINE
