Join Sam for this 75 minute evening self care session and connect to your own relaxation abilities through 3 holistic steps; yoga, guided foot massage & Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). This workshop is ideal for you if you spend too much time in your head, helping to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. Come down out of your mind and into your body and ground towards the earth. Start your week with this blissful time just for you.

During this session, we will:


- Gently release tension from the day and enjoy a slow & calming yoga practice on the mat (no previous yoga experience required)

- The power of touch is extremely healing, enjoy a blissful guided self foot massage, a powerful way to come down out of the mind and ground. Use your favourite lotion or have a massage oil posted to you.

- Settle into a comfy position with blankets and cushions for a specially crafted Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) where the body rests and the mind stays calmly alert. With nothing to do but listen, lose sense of time as you as I take you on a journey to help root you in the here and now.

How to book:

Join me from the comfort of your home, in this Live workshop on Zoom. Book your space on the BB Class Platform where you will need to:

b) go to class pack/purchase and select the workshop

c) go to the schedule and book your the workshop on Monday 10th May 2021, 7:45-9pm

You will automatically be sent the a confirmation email and a reminder with the zoom link on the day.
