Opening the chest also helps to counterbalance the slouching that we do in everyday life, particular the tech slump from looking at devices! When the chest is tight it can feel quite restrictive, in contrast when it is open we can move more freely. Charity Pyjama Party!
‘Children’s Hospital Pyjamas’ is a yearly appeal and became a registered Charity last year on its 10th Anniversary by founder Charmaine Green after her own experience with her daughter in hospital over Christmas. In aid of supporting ‘Children’s Hospital Pyjamas’ I thought it would be fun to roll out our mats and do yoga in our pyjamas.
